Sosa, Janet-My Journey

One of my journey's has been when I went to California during the summer. It was the first time I went some where far away without my family. At first I didnt want to go. But then the next day I left and went to my aunts house over there. The first day i was at my aunts house I felt weird and shy. And I just wanted to go back home.

I didnt really talk when i was over there. But then I started hanging out with my cousins. And I met there friends. Then we would be outside hanging out everyday. And we would be going to parties almost every weekend. We would also be going to other places too. Like the mall and the movies and other stores. We would be going to places that I have never been to before. So I didnt feel shy anymore. And I didnt want to leave. They made me feel like if I was at home.But then it was time for me to go home.

It was my last day in California so we were all just hanging out. I was very sad because i made a lot of new friends over there and i was going to miss everybody. But at the same time I was missing my mom and my family. So I was kind of happy I was going back home. Then once I was back I wasnt shy anymore. And i started talking to more people and started going out more. So know im more outgoing.
